Digital4Pharma 2026: Mastering the New Reality


For the 12th consecutive year, the Digital4Pharma 2025 educational conference by GET2WORK served as a reference point for the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical market, under the central theme “Mastering the New Reality.”
The event revolved around three main pillars — Interaction, Innovation, and Intelligence — highlighting how technology, creativity, and human thinking are jointly shaping the new reality in the industry.
During the workshops, participants focused on practical applications of AI, digital analytics, and customer experience through hands-on sessions and modern tools that can be immediately utilized in everyday practice. Subsequently, stakeholder initiatives were presented, highlighting the role of digital health and collaboration within the care ecosystem.
The business cases featured real-world applications from the market:
Evangelos Floros (AbbVie) analyzed the AVA Project and the use of Gen AI; Martha Stafylaki (Servier Hellas & Cyprus) presented a 360° digital campaign; Thanasis Kotsanis (Bayer Greece & Cyprus) focused on the integration of AI into medical practice; and Ioanna Zacharaki (Innovis Pharma) on pop-up marketing.

The conference concluded with a panel debate featuring Evangelos Vagias (DEMO Pharmaceuticals), Nikoletta Karagianni (Novo Nordisk), and Panos Bassios (MSD Greece, Cyprus & Malta), moderated by Konstantinos Varsamos (GET2WORK), discussing the challenges of the new digital era in pharma.

Digital4Pharma 2025 once again confirmed its role as a platform for knowledge, exchange of experiences, and acceleration of digital transformation in the pharmaceutical sector.
